DAVID M. RUSSELL
David has practiced as a civil trial lawyer in Amarillo since 1987. He is board certified in civil trial law and personal injury trial law and has tried a variety of cases to jury verdicts. He began his practice focusing primarily on defense of personal injury cases. For the past 20 years, his personal injury practice is devoted to the representation of injured plaintiffs. He also represents businesses and individuals in contractual and other commercial disputes.

David has served the legal community since 2000 by acting as mediator in hundreds of civil disputes. It is his conviction that the primary role of a lawyer is to facilitate resolution of disputes in a just and expeditious manner. David is proud to offer his years of experience in civil litigation to those who seek resolution of lawsuits.
